When you book a bridal boudoir photo session, here's what you can expect from Angie D Photography.

Minimal Preparation

Once you decide on which boudoir photography package you want and schedule your session, you'll receive instructions about what to bring to the session and how to prepare. In general, I suggest the following:

• Pick out several pieces of lingerie for your session at least a week before hand and make sure that everything fits. We do have a few items you can borrow but most clients bring their own so that they know clothing will fit perfectly. You can choose anything from lacy lingerie, classic undergarments to long button-down shirts.
• We will work with you to book a hair and makeup artist to take the stress off of you for your photoshoot day. Our recommended professionals are comfortable with soft and subtle makeup all the way to full out glam. 
• Eat healthy meals to avoid bloating and drink water, hydration helps your skin glow.

We'll talk about your session and your clothing ideas in your consultation, but if any time after that you have questions, please feel free to contact me.

Common choices include:

• A classic white button-up shirt (yours or your partner's)
• A full-body suit
• Simple bra and panties
• Any type of lingerie

A Fun Photography Session

If you're doing the photo shoot as a surprise gift for your partner, you obviously won't want to include them. However, some clients choose to include their fiancé and make it a super sexy date. Either way, we value your privacy and offer a secure, discreet studio. You can arrive in your normal clothes and change for the session.

During the session, you'll pose on a wide range of furniture ranging from beds and couches to chairs or rugs on the floor. Angie will make sure that you know exactly how to move your body for flattering angles. You'll feel at ease chatting, joking, having fun, and feeling empowered as the photographer works with you to create artistic images.

After the Shoot: A Timeless Photo Album

After your session, I will spend some time choosing the best shots and preparing for your ordering appointment. Most ordering appointments take place 1-2 weeks after your session, but on occasion may be done the day of your appointment. 

It is my mission to provide printed wall portraits, books and other beautifully crafted products so that you have a tangible, beautiful reminder to hold and touch after your session. Digital images are available to add to your package.
